Sam has been teaching yoga since 2001. She has owned her own yoga studio and is a sought after instructor and has taught classes in Miami, Boston, Seattle, San Francisco, Vermont and Tampa. She was featured in Yoga Journal and Yankee Magazine for her yoga classes and outdoor women’s retreats. Currently, she is a Project Manager/Scrum Master and works in the technology field building software thus her quest to get people off the green screen and on to the mat is a major focus of Yoga Fun Day and Sam's mission to bring yoga to the masses.
Sam teaches her own style of yoga called YogaShape - Athletic Yoga To Make You Sweat and has created the SMART Workout System which is Simple Muscle Active Resistance Training that is guaranteed to change your body in 90 days or less.
