Holly Bromer is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others through yoga. She believes there is so much we learn on the mat that can be used off the mat and in our everyday lives. Her classes tend to be physical in nature, but will leave you feeling inspired and lighthearted. Holly has been practicing yoga for 10+ years and received her training certification in 2010 (RYT-200). She continues to add to her knowledge base through workshops and advanced anatomy studies. Holly maintains a daily Ashtanga yoga practice and meditation regimen. She is married to her college sweetheart and has two energetic boys. The family is active, playful, and loves to go upside-down!

Intro to Ashtanga
This Intro To Ashtanga class will teach students the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga: ujjayi breath, energy locks, drishti, and vinyasas. Ashtanga's intensity invokes positive life transformations off the mat, helping you live fully, with a deep sense of Self in your daily life. Special emphasis will be placed on moving in and out of postures safely, and how to connect movement with breath. Students can expect to build strength, range-of-motion, and peace of mind.
