Oascha is a dedicated Behavior Analyst working to change the lives and impact the autism community. Shortly after being a victim of rape Ascha found yoga and a way to connect to a deeper sense of self. She has worked hard to bring her knowledge of behavior analysis and her passion for fitness to the yoga community. She strives to bring women to a their mat and empower them through breath and movement. What can be achieved on the mat can be generalized in everyday life. She works hard to empower all women and help them find their voice. In her free time, Ascha enjoys hiking, playing with her Great Dane and spending time with friends and family. Spreading positive vibes to the community through volunteer experience and community outreach programs, Ascha has touched so many lives and lives to leave a positive impact on the world.

Vinyasa Touch - Surviving Yogi
Bringing a vinyasa touch with a slow meditative feel, Ascha will be combining a mix of beginners poses and intermediate poses into a cohesive flow. Holding each posture to dig deep and challenge the mind, connecting the breath to mental stimulation to challenge yourself and what your body is capable of. Those seeking a challenging, slower paced class are encouraged to join Ascha on the mat in this slow burn flow.

All-Levels Vinyasa: Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa style flow that warms the body, connecting breathe to movement at a fast pace. This class is designed to cater to those seeking a yoga class as well as a fitness class. Using upbeat music and a mixture of beginner to advance postures, anyone seeking a fun, and rewarding class will love this flow.
