Amy has amazing capacities with bodies and is a trained Massage Therapist, Access Consciousness Facilitator, Bodyworker, Dance facilitator and Yoga teacher. She loves all forms of movement and teaches yoga, ecstatic dance, free flow dance classes and adds her own creative ideas to everything she does!

Upbeat and energetic yoga flow with emphasis on hips including caribbean inspired dance and music. Getting present in your body with a vinyasa yoga flow followed by some easy, fun whine and grind dance with your hips. Flow, breath, dance, sweat, have fun and leave more connected to your body!
This is a dance movement class that incorporates Kundalini breath work and un-structured dance to get you connected to your body and move from your head to your heart. Transformational Dance where there is no judgment, just You, your body and movement!
